Returns FAQs
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn items with tags attached. Footwear must be returned in its original box.
UK returns are free using the prepaid label in your parcel or generated from your account. International returns are at your own cost.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your parcel arriving at our warehouse, back to the original payment method.
